Mimiw (as she is called by most of us in the family) is the latest addition to our home. I got her from a friend's friend who saved her from a nasty life on the streets.
I love that she's very sweet! She lets me carry her around like a baby. And she almost always stays with me whenever I pick her up, i.e., even if she wants to get down, I make her stay and she stays.
My mom's having fun with her. Right now Mimiw is cradled in my mom's left arm and she's being rocked and cooed at. Having a "baby" in the house has started the baby jokes again. My mom often says, "Since I can't get a real grandchild, I guess you'll have to do Mimiw." *eyes roll*
